Regional Manager The Regional Manager contributes to Global's success by leading store operations within an assigned region and by managing a team of Territory Managers. This position works collaboratively with leadership and cross functional teams, stakeholders, external vendors and Global partners in establishing, directing and achieving business goals. The Regional Manager models and acts in accordance with Global's guiding principles, policies and procedures. The Regional Manager reports to the Vice President of Operations. Quality! Guest focus. Leads with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the service culture. Planning and Execution:
Directs and continuously improves store operations within the region to meet company objectives. Identifies plans and executes areas for improvement to ensure consistent positive service to customers. Ensure that Territory Managers understand and effectively lead Store Managers to implement store operating procedures (i.e. Grand Opening Ready, sales process, scheduling, recruitment, succession planning, inventory and safety.) Plans and executes strategies to increase sales while controlling operational costs within the assigned regional including travel, payroll, supplies and related expense. Prepares, communicates and educations region on changes in process, policies and practices within the organization and ensures that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives. Identifies trends and forecasts store budgets. Leads and consistently follows up with Territory Managers to ensure accountability in processes and procedures. Business Requirements:
Collaborates with Human Resources Business Partner to support store employees and to execute company policies and procedures. Participates in cross function teams to enhance guest service and increase profitability through promotional items including identifying, planning and executing opportunities to grow the business (i.e. marketing.) The Regional Manager maintains a schedule of market visits with the Territory Managers and ensures that the Territory Managers understand use of time, key activities, and use of operational reporting as well as business and partner development. The Regional Manager supplements the region with scheduled and unscheduled visits to markets. Builds Territory Manager capability to analyze area level business trends through reporting. Proactively identifies and solves problems and coaches Territory Managers to do the same. Regional Planning/Development Challenges and inspires partners to achieve business results. Conducts Territory Manager performance reviews and ensures General Manager and employee reviews are delivered effectively and in a timely manner. Ensures that Global recruiting processes are followed and that recruiting in the field is ongoing. The Regional Manager ensures that all Territory Managers have a stability strategy in place with a bench plan. The Regional Manager ensures that all stores in the region remain fully staffed. Ensures all stores within the region adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements. Oversees training and development of Territory Managers. Prepares and participates in talent management succession planning activities to support regional and company growth. Develops a stability strategy including having a bench of key backups for Regional Manager, Territory Manager, and Store Manager positions, paired with developmental activities for each position. Qualifications:
Progressive experience managing multi-unit retail, restaurant, or service organizations (7
years). Progressively responsible retail experience. Planning and organizational skills. Ability to apply sound business principles and practices to management and change management processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business Ability to travel weekly. Must have validate drivers license PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
